At eitje we keep things simple, unfortunately this is not always the case when processing data. That is why you can read in our privacy statement why we collect and use personal data, what data that is and what rights you have when we collect your data.

Eitje is a software company that offers various services to companies. Services include, among other things, those relating to planning, hours, communication and implementation. Eitje is located at Lijnbaansstraat 17-1, postal code 1016 ST, in Amsterdam.

When you visit the website, Eitje uses anonymized functional and analytical cookies.

In a legal sense, Eitje is the processor, not the controller of the personal data. The controller is the organisation or person who provides the personal data to Eitje and who provides the instructions for the purpose of the processing. In most cases this is the employer of the company to which Eitje provides services.

We collect personal data from customers who have a subscription to one of our services. The personal data will only be used so that functional use can be made of the services offered by Eitje. Eitje does not use automated decision-making. These include the personal data we may collect:

• First and last name

• phone number

• e-mail address

• Name and address details

• age

• passport photograph

By subscribing to one of the services offered by Eitje, permission is given to process certain personal data. We process this data on the basis of Article 6(1) GDPR.

Eitje collects data exclusively for the optimal functioning of the application. Eitje makes agreements about processing through the processing agreement that is concluded with the controller.

Eitje takes both technical and organisational measures to secure the personal data we process. We do this in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and guidelines. All data is stored securely and all communication between Eitje's applications and its server is encrypted.

We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we process data. The retention periods depend on the applicable legal retention periods set by the GDPR.

Eitje only shares data with third parties for functional purposes, never for marketing purposes. You can find the list of relevant third parties on the links page on the site (www.eitje.app/partners). When sharing with third parties, appropriate measures are taken to protect privacy.

Data subjects, the natural persons to whom the personal data relate, can request an overview of the personal data that the controller processes about them.

Because Eitje is the processor and not the controller, requests for access, modification, blocking or deletion of the data will be forwarded to the responsible employer.

Data subjects are only obliged to provide Eitje with their e-mail address, all other personal data are not obligatory.
